Spring has sprung!
The flowers are popping up, the geese are arriving, the sun is shining and while the nights are cool the days are warm with promise. In May the mayflies hatch which means Fly-Fishing! The famous Orvis Company began here on the Battenkill and the Inn is a great place to fish or learn to fish!
April and May Flyfishing Fun
There are not many inns with frontage on the famous Battenkill River, and we are one of them! Experience flyfishing as it used to be - a beautiful river, native (unstocked & wiley) trout, a private guide service, hearty meals, and elegant accommodations! Our local guide has been fishing the Battenkill all his life - he is a wonderful teacher and has incomparable knowledge of the river and the fishing!

The package price is $450 per person, for the weekend or midweek. If you would like two full days with the guide the price would be $600 per person. (Based on Availability - April and May only. Inn gratuities included, tax and guide gratuities are additional)
Friday Night Fireside Music Series
During the Winter and Spring we host a wonderful group of musicians every other Friday night. They set up in the living room and we relax around the fireplace! There is no cover charge for inn guests or for guests who dine in our main dining room!
May 2nd - Cidade
An intimate night of Latin Jazz and Tango featuring NYC based vocalist Jenniger Isaacs, jazz guitarist Charlie Apicella and bassist Alec Derian
$6.00 cover charge
May 16th - Dafe Brudajo
Performing originals, contemporary folk and jazz. Cafe Lena says, "their sound is smooth as silk, their harmonies crisp and their rhythms richly engaging." $6.00 cover charge
May 30th - Wilson Barn Benefit
This special night of music and dancing held in our Barn will feature the Bondville Boys, the Jake Geppert Band, The Family, George Nostrum and special friends.
$10.00 minimum donation to support the Don Wilson Barn Rebuilding Fund.

Sometimes with all the bustle of life, it is nice to get away, just the two of you...Here is a package that would be perfect....

The package price of $355 per person (based on double occupancy) includes inn gratuities (except for massage gratuity) as well as all of the above (based on availability - Holiday periods and some weekends may be an extra charge).
Kids Stay Free!
The trails are squishy, the alpacas are lonely, our Kid's room awaits! We have a lot of great rooms for families and kid-friendly food as well.
Kids stays are free all March & April- just pay for their meals!
Friends and Family
Some of the best times to be had here at the Inn are when groups of friends or families come together. Our large living room, tavern, game room and kids room provide plenty of places to gather, our Private Dining room can accomodate big tables, our 150 acres give everyone enough room to spread out!
