Farm to Table

Dining here at the Inn is a very important part of your stay. Chef Jeff Scott prepares delicious NewEngland fare with only the freshest of ingredients. Everything that is served is made in our kitchen using local, organic produce, free-range meats and poultry, seasonal game, local cheeses and dairyproducts, fresh-daily fish and home-baked breads, pastries and desserts.

Working directly with local, organic farms and food producers, West Mountain Inn is a proud member of the Vermont Fresh Network. Purchasing the best products from our working landscape helps maintain Vermont’s rich agricultural heritage and provides a dining experience bursting with freshness, health and flavor.

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday 8:00am - 9:30am
Saturday & Sunday from 8:00am -10:00am
Sunday Morning Buffet from 9:00am - 12:00pm (seasonally, call ahead)

Dinner is served nightly from 6:00pm - 8:30pm with Vermont Artisan Cheeses and Fresh Fruit at 6:00pm.
