

Dining
Dining here at the Inn is a very important part of your stay. Chef Jeff Scott prepares fine New England fare with only the freshest of ingredients. Everything that is served is made in our kitchen using local, organic produce, free-range meats and poultry, seasonal game, local cheeses and dairy products, fresh-daily fish and home-baked breads, pastries and desserts. Dinner starts with an Artisan Cheese Selection in the Bar, followed by a fabulous 5-course meal in our romantic wood-paneled dining room with fireplace, candle light and fabulous views. The Inn serves a sumptuous, multi-course breakfast each morning with fresh-baked muffins, omelets, pancakes and even dessert! We reserve the dining room first for our inn guests and then take reservations for outside diners, so please call ahead for reservations.
The Inn's dining room, including a private dining room ideal for small parties, is open to the public by reservation. Our historic 100 year-old barn is the perfect place for a rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, conference or other gathering.
Breakfast is served:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 9:30am
- Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am until 10:00am
- Sunday Morning Buffet from 9:00am until 12:00pm (seasonally, call ahead)
Dinner is served nightly from 6:00pm until 8:30pm with
Vermont Artisan Cheeses and Fresh Fruit at 6:00pm.
